DOCTORS

Fred R Seitz, Jr., D.D.S.
Dr. Seitz received his doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Dental Branch in 1973. Prior to attending dental school, he graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in math and minors in chemistry and physics. He was privileged to work on NASA’s initial lunar module project as a production engineer while at Texas Instruments in Richardson, Texas.

Dr. Seitz is a devoted family man and particularly enjoys sports, travel, and people. He lists golf, baseball, scuba, and of course, dentistry as his favorite activities. Never one to sit on his laurels, Dr. Seitz has continue his education since graduation, accumulating hundreds of hours of continuing education credits. He is blessed with a wonderful wife, and two beautiful daughters, one which followed him in the decision to pursue dentistry as a career. His younger daughter graduated from UT Law School and is practicing in
San Antonio.

Stefanie Seitz, D.D.S.
Dr. Stefanie Seitz graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2003 and joined her dad in their newly remodeled office later that same year.  In addition to private practice, Dr. Stefanie is an Associate Professor in General Dentistry at the Dental School, providing clinical coverage to junior and senior dental students. She is also one of three 2008 fellows in Forensic Odontology at the UTHSC-SA.

Dr. Stefanie was one of the first general dentists to be certified in Invisalign invisible braces. She considers this her favorite treatment for patients because it delivers incredible results and is so easy for the patients that they are excited to come see her.  One of the things closest to Dr. Stefanie’s heart is her involvement in the local Cocker Spaniel Rescue. She is so involved that she has attempted to “foster” three cocker spaniels and became  too attached to give them up for adoption, which is why she currently has four living with her and her husband. In addition to volunteer work and donations for the rescue, she is also involved in the Humane Society for the United States and PETA campaigns.
STAFF

Diane Seitz
Diane retired from a career as lead counselor at Reagan High School a few years ago and assists Dr. Stefanie part-time.

Kellie Loughmiller
Kellie is Dr. Seitz's assistant and she has been with our office since September of 2005.  She came to us on an externship program with SACMDA and was hired permanently upon graduation.  Kellie would love to be able to have a list of hobbies, but she has a boy and a girl that occupy all of her free time outside of the office!
